3. Subscription & Payments

The Service is provided on a subscription basis for $99 USD per month. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel your subscription.

4. AI Service Disclaimer

  • AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate or error-free.
  • We do not guarantee any specific improvements to your search engine rankings or business performance.
  • The final responsibility for all business decisions, strategies, and actions taken based on our Service lies solely with you, the user. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated output.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of our platform.
  • Using automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without our express written permission.
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations while using the Service.

6. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Japan.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GEO RADAR (THE SERVICE) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
